Job Title: Caregiver Professional

We are seeking an experienced Caregiver Professional to join our team at FCM Group, LLC dba Nurse Next Door - Pearland & Kingwood. As a Caregiver Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred, along with first aid and CPR certification. Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills is also required. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare meals and snacks

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
