Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a hassle-free shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to execute brand standards and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build a strong team culture, focusing on mutual trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, delegating responsibilities to team members and ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with training and development of team members, providing hands-on coaching and teaching essential skills.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the company's vision and values, and creating an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
