Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Cherokee Rose Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, while maintaining patient care policy guidelines.
  • Identify and report any conditions requiring management attention.
  • Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record resident vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other assigned information.
  • Routinely turn and position patients.
  • Perform range of motion and reality orientation with residents as directed.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from the state.
  • Ability to record information and perform technical procedures.
  • Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
  • Genuine care for and interest in elderly and handicapped individuals.
  • Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
  • Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
