Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality surgical services to patients, including scrubbing and assisting surgeons during procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices to provide exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical services, with a focus on urology, plastics, and general surgery.
  • Strong scrubbing skills, with a focus on neuro/spine and vascular surgery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • BCLS certification preferred.
Work Schedule

36 hours per week, with the option to work additional hours as needed. Shifts will be divided over weeknights and weekends, with scheduled weekend shifts possible based on department needs.
