Key Responsibilities- Deliver post-acute care to patients, including monitoring their physical and mental wellbeing and tracking vital signs.
- Perform intakes of residents, documenting their health concerns and medical histories, and reviewing medical records and charts.
- Administer medications, verify their accuracy, and maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents, assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and helping medical staff with orientation and training.
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
- Competitive hourly pay range: $36-$55.
