Job Title: X-Ray Field Service Engineer

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking an experienced X-ray Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance, technical support, and repairs for medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for medical imaging equipment, including x-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound systems.
  • Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Install and configure medical imaging equipment, including site planning and interaction with customers and contractors.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation associated with equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Order parts and supplies as needed to maintain equipment.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotation basis.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in the medical imaging field service industry.
  • Proven knowledge and skill in diagnosing and repairing medical imaging equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Competencies:
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
