Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at ENA, Inc. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our clients, ensuring their safety, health, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nursing admission assessments and provide post-safe crisis management assessments in a timely manner.
  • Assess client needs and refer to appropriate providers as necessary.
  • Coordinate basic and emergency treatment for clients with outside medical facilities.
  • Administer client medication and provide ongoing monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incidents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Necco policy.
  • Complete mental health nursing documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Current and Active License as Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio (LPN only).
  • 1+ year experience as Licensed RN or LPN in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage.
  • Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation.
  • Must be willing to provide nursing services in an indoor and outdoor setting.
  • Training and Travel willingness.
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
  • Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard).
