Physical Therapist Assistant

Mission-driven organization seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Physical Therapy department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Physical Therapy treatments, utilizing modalities and procedures to patients, and instructing patients and caregivers in appropriate home programs.
- Maintain open communication with Physical Therapists regarding patient status and response to treatment, reporting any untoward reactions immediately.
- Respect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including front office tasks such as billing, scheduling, and making or returning phone calls as needed.
- Florida licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, including sanitizing equipment and stocking linens.
