**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs, and closing sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about our products.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
  • Process shipments and ensure that all merchandise is represented on the sales floor in full size run.
  • Assist management with identifying and resolving issues in the store.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
