About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure high standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor and control store inventory, including stock levels and ordering
- Manage store finances, including cash handling and banking
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
