The Social Worker will provide Home Hospice care in a 35-mile radius from our Zanesville campus, serving 5 counties. Requirements:
• BSW or MSW degree

• Quick Start Shifts: Days 8a - 4:30p
• State License Details: Must be currently active
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2
• Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 40
