Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting compliance reviews and assessments of IT projects to ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluating IT projects to determine application of industry best practices, assess project risks, and identify recommendations to optimize project performance.
- Verifying products conform to technical and non-technical requirements.
- Developing and supporting validation and verification monitoring processes, tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Providing value-added assessments throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Collaborating with multiple parties and organizations to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Experience providing IV&V services to a governmental entity during the implementation of a large, complex regulatory system or similar information technology project.
- Experience developing and supporting validation and verification monitoring processes, tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in conducting IV&V services to provide value-added assessments throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Experience with industry standard best practices and methodologies in risk and issue analysis and management.
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws applicable for the implementation of regulatory licensing systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff.
- Knowledge and experience in effective team building, collaboration, and communication among multiple parties and organizations.
