Job Summary:

SLP Operations, LLC is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing functions of an assigned area. This part-time role will involve supervising Certified Nursing Assistants, providing nursing care to residents, and communicating with interdisciplinary team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Develop and implement care plans for individual residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor resident activity and provide nursing care according to physician orders and facility policies.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
  • Participate in in-service training and orientation programs for nursing staff.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and residents.
  • Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
