Job Summary

This position is responsible for proctoring exams in a secure environment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining test security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer exams and monitor students throughout the duration of the exams
  • Provide customer service functions, including welcoming students, providing testing instructions, and assisting students and faculty
  • Receive and log incoming tests from instructors
  • Document delivery and maintain tests in a secure environment
  • Maintain sound, ethical judgments in regards to exam security
  • Perform administrative support tasks, including maintaining files, recording statistics, and entering scores in a database
  • Troubleshoot test errors and equipment failure
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and general office machines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Excellent customer service skills
Working Conditions

The work is sedentary, with minimal exposure to safety hazards. The employee will work in a climate-controlled office with a PC workstation, calculator, phone, and other general office equipment.
