About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising, LLC. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in enhancing the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to drive sales and profitability
  • Implement merchandising resets, build retail displays, and manage impulse items displayed on clip strips & j-hooks
  • Execute plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and stock rotation to optimize store layouts

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
