We are a thriving legal practice focused on workers' compensation matters, currently in search of a skilled Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in defending workers' compensation and personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients throughout the entirety of workers' compensation proceedings.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and draft necessary legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and court trials.
  • Oversee the discovery process and manage document production.
  • Provide clients with guidance on their legal rights and strategic options.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing legal representatives.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the Illinois State Bar.
  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years in workers' compensation law.
