Join Our Team as a Regional Float CNA

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float pool team at Laurel Center - Hamburg, PA. As a Regional Float CNA, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area, providing efficient and effective nursing care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients
  • Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours depending on open shifts
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification
