Join Our Team as a Residential Cleaner

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as residential cleaners. As a residential cleaner with Two Bettys, you will be responsible for providing thorough and efficient cleaning services to our clients using eco-friendly products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Two Bettys
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Keep a consistent schedule and communicate availability updates in a timely manner
  • Accountable to report to a Service Manager regarding schedule changes, time off requests, support and training needs, etc.
  • Participate in 1:1 meetings with Service Manager and quarterly team meetings
  • Visit the Refill station as scheduled to pick up/drop off supplies
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
Requirements:
  • Valid Drivers License to commute to and from client accounts
  • Reliable Vehicle and Proof of Auto Insurance to commute to and from client accounts
  • Active Smartphone to download scheduling and HR/Payroll applications
  • Must pass background check
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely
  • Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a physically demanding job
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8-hour day while providing field support
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations
