We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Agent to join our team at Novato Residence Inn by Marriott. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in, room assignments, and other services
  • Maintain accurate records, including guest information and financial transactions

Requirements:

  • 0-1+ year of customer-facing experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
