Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team of medical specialists. As a Urologist at Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide expert care in the diagnosis and treatment of urological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to gather medical history and assess urological symptoms.
- Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis, considering patient preferences and overall health.
- Prescribe medications and recommend non-surgical interventions for urological conditions.
- Address male and female reproductive health issues, including infertility, erectile dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction.
- Diagnose and treat urological issues in pediatric patients, providing age-appropriate care.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in urology.
- State medical license.
- Fellowship training in a urological subspecialty (optional).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary: A highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities.
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 after start date.
- Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000 relocation bonus.

- Additional Insurance: Large employer monthly allotment for Disability, Life insurances, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and more.
- Retirement: 8% matched 401(k).
- PTO & leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick.
- Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days.
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm.
- Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
