Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Attorney with 10+ years of Construction Defense Litigation experience to join our team. As a key member of our Parsippany, NJ practice, you will be responsible for defending a variety of Civil matters, including General Liability, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Professional Liability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defend clients in Civil Litigation Defense matters
  • Handle Construction-related work and Insurance Defense clients
  • Write motions and other legal memoranda, summarize depositions, and prepare for trial
  • Work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial
Requirements:
  • Active New Jersey Bar License (Required)
  • Active New York Bar, and/or ability to transfer UBE scores (Preferred)
  • Ability to waive into the New York Bar and have multiple bars (Ideal)
