- Assists residents with essential daily activities such as hygiene, dressing, and personal grooming.
- Supports residents in preparing for and attending medical appointments and community events.
- Observes and records residents' vital signs, weight, and height with precision.
- Responds swiftly to residents' requests for help and routinely checks on those who may be unable to ask for assistance.
- Implements prescribed restorative and rehabilitative techniques as directed.
- Guides residents in ambulation with or without mobility aids as necessary.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
- Current CPR certification is essential.
