As we set new benchmarks in property maintenance, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager. This position is based at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager:

Identifying Opportunities:
Proactively assess customer needs, risks, and opportunities to enhance engagement and success.

Securing Engagement:
Excel in obtaining customer commitments, ensuring their full engagement with our offerings.

Guiding Customers:

Effectively develop and implement mutually beneficial agreements for successful customer outcomes, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.


Innovative Problem Solving:
Showcase your ability to resolve customer challenges with creative and efficient solutions.

Consistent Follow-Up:
Provide reliable follow-up, ensuring that customer needs and commitments are met with excellence.

A minimum of 4+ years in relevant positions.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

What We Provide:


The starting salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $107,000 annually, inclusive of base and bonus structure.
