About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Park City Center in Lancaster, PA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering a unique shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to greet and acknowledge every customer, demonstrate products, and maintain outstanding standards
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer service
  • Participate in maintaining store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and make effective decisions
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions that drive business results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
