We are seeking an Ambitious Optometric Entrepreneur to join our team as an Independent Optometrist at Sam's Club. This is a unique chance to establish your own practice, work independently, and take control of your professional success.

About the Role:

• As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to set your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.
• You will be responsible for taking care of patients, providing eye and vision care, and general health services.
• You will also have the opportunity to opt into equipment, instrumentation, administrative support, and other services at a fair market value.

Requirements:

• You must hold a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school and a valid state optometry license.
• Ophthalmologists (MD or DO) with a valid state ophthalmology license are also eligible.
• You will need General Liability Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
• Additionally, you will require a W-9 document.

Benefits:

• This position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year.
• You will also receive annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Certain positions may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Stock, or other additional compensation.
