Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current RN licensure in the United States.
- At least 3 years of experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room.
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field highly preferred.
- Preferred to have the Certification of Emergency Nursing (CEN) through the Board of Certifications for Emergency Nurses (BCEN).
- Competitive hourly rate of $47.71.
- Full-time position with a regular schedule.
