As a Materials Manufacturer, we are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. Our company specializes in construction materials such as Aggregate, Ready Mix, Concrete, and Steel.

Salary
$70,000 - $95,000 per year

Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned construction professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for excellence. As a Permanent Foreman, you will be instrumental in ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers, managing the operation of heavy equipment, and overseeing the maintenance and effective utilization of materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in a foreman role within the construction industry. You should have extensive knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as rolls, pumps, crushers, and conveyor lines. Additionally, you should have strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
