Role Summary
Social Worker - LMSW

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive social work services in an acute care environment.
- Engage in care management for patients with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid LMSW license.
- Required certifications: BLS, MSW, and an Alaska License (temporary license acceptable).
- Experience in Acute Care Hospital Management and Long-Term Care is essential.

Housing & Vehicle Details:
- Housing: 1-bedroom apartments provided.
- Vehicle: A rental car will be arranged for the duration of the assignment.
- Both housing and vehicle are available for use starting 72 hours before the contract begins.
