Job Summary

The Server is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Order Accuracy: Verify orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Check on guests throughout their meal to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
