Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient sales processes.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of sales representatives and retail store clerks to provide exceptional customer service and promote products.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory levels, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Employee Development: Hire, train, and develop employees to ensure adequate personnel is available to provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of consistent retail sales/customer service experience (fashion/apparel retail experience preferred)
  • Experience in a Store Manager or Team Supervisor role
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to work with teams
  • Open availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work well under pressure
  • Reliable mode of transportation for business purposes
  • Ability to lift heavy merchandise and stand for long periods
