Estimated Salary: $18-$20 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance and experience.

Job Description

As a Culinary Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers. Your duties will include receiving and ordering products, labeling and refrigerating prepped items, and making prep recipes and menu products to specification.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room, and back dock. Additionally, you will communicate professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff, acting as a liaison between the Heart-of-the-House and Front-of-the-House teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum legal age to be employed
• Able to perform duties that require bending & reaching
• Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards guests and co-workers
• Lifting & transporting containers, dish racks, and trash cans
• Standing or moving for up to 8+ hours
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment
