Job Summary

BC Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Electronic Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic and routine electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components to meet performance standards using Operational Method Sheets, drawings, schematics, and electronic assembly equipment.
  • Modify, rework, or re-assemble units as required.
  • Communicate openly and effectively in a professional manner with colleagues and management.
  • Understand and follow all safety requirements and ISO practices and procedures.
  • Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, requiring the ability to recognize nonconformities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of assembly experience.
  • Previous experience in electro/mechanical assembly and PCB assembly soldering is preferred.
  • JSD experience is also preferred.
  • Proven ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a team environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
