About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at KanPak in Arkansas City, KS. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facility's mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and monitor operations throughout the facility.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance of process equipment.
  • Responsible for monitoring equipment performance and recognizing deviations from normal operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, plus two years of experience as a skilled worker in one or more of the electrical, mechanical, or construction trades.
  • Mechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble all types of equipment.
  • Must have reliable transportation and experience with electrical, electro-mechanical, or pneumatics.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings preferred.
