Dental Hygienist (Hygienist) - Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and outstanding results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a dental hygienist, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Proficiency in using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
