Position DetailsTitle: Basil Ford Pro Elite Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Location: Basil Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center
Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $125,000 (dependent on expertise, experience, franchise, and service volume)
Schedule: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Execute tasks outlined in repair orders with precision and efficiency, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose the root causes of vehicle issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Inspect assigned vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with the parts department to procure required components.
- Communicate with service advisors regarding any additional recommended work.
- Document all performed and suggested work accurately on repair orders.
- Conduct road tests on vehicles as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all information provided in manufacturer technical bulletins.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean during service.
- Maintain a tidy work environment.
- Operate all tools and equipment safely.
