Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Specialist to join our team at MAU Workforce Solutions. As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Source, screen, and hire top talent to fill job openings
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage applicant flow and ensure timely hiring processes
  • Administer company policies and procedures, including new hire orientations and employee onboarding
  • Process merit, tenure, and incentive increases, as well as manage case files for injured employees
  • Resolve customer invoice non-payment issues and attend unemployment and workers' compensation hearings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional business environment, preferably in staffing, HR, or recruitment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) – preferred
Work Environment

This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with occasional travel required to client sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
