Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain public areas in accordance with operational standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Public areas include, but are not limited to, restrooms, lobbies, corridors, staircases, entrances, parking areas, and pool zones.
  • Prepare and clean meeting or banquet spaces as required.
  • Support housekeeping staff in maintaining the cleanliness of guest accommodations.
  • Clear snow from the main entrance and walkways as necessary.
  • Keep cleaning carts and equipment organized to enhance job efficiency.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the property and its amenities to effectively address guest inquiries.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Promptly inform supervisors of any significant issues or unusual occurrences to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
