Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately processes and packages takeout orders, ensuring all items are correct and complete.
  • Handles transactions and payments efficiently while providing friendly service.
  • Promotes and sells merchandise, including gift cards and specialty sauces.
  • Assists customers with menu choices and provides recommendations as needed.
  • Addresses any customer inquiries or concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in the takeout area and ensures it is well-stocked throughout the shift.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a takeout or cashier role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
