Director of Green Infrastructure

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. dba Integrityjobs seeks an experienced Director of Green Infrastructure to lead our team in pioneering, overseeing, and broadening our commitment to protecting, restoring, and managing our water resources.

• Oversee the development and implementation of green infrastructure projects, including sustainable best management practices, FEMA floodplain assessments and improvements, and green infrastructure retrofits.
• Lead the design of green infrastructure retrofits, execute green and complete streets initiatives, conduct hydraulic and hydrology studies, and formulate ODNR dam planning, modeling, and emergency action strategies.
• Develop and execute the group's strategic business plan, nurture a positive workplace culture, and facilitate every team member's professional growth and development.

• Develop and implement green infrastructure projects, including sustainable best management practices and green infrastructure retrofits.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a minimum of 7 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Certifications: PE, RLA, PS, AICP, or other relevant certifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
