- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is located in a 27-bed Medical Surgical unit with a high volume of patients. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Epic and Pyxis systems. The Registered Nurse will work a 3x12-hour shift schedule, with every other weekend and floating within the facility.
