Role Overview

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist at Premium Retail Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client brands are prominently displayed in Walmart stores, enhancing product availability and visibility. Your contributions to retail merchandising initiatives will connect customers with the brands they cherish.

Key Responsibilities

Work schedule may vary from Sunday to Saturday, depending on location-specific requirements. Flexible scheduling for part-time roles, requiring 2-4 days of work per week. Start your workday between 6 AM and 9 AM, with shifts concluding by 6 PM (no evening hours). Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock shelves, and pack out products. Organize products on shelves to ensure a neat presentation. Transport promotional materials and signage to the store. Utilize a company-issued mobile device to manage tasks and navigate multiple applications. Capture photos of completed tasks to document your achievements. Represent Premium Retail Services and our clients in assigned Walmart locations. Collaborate with Walmart management and staff to accomplish objectives. Maintain communication with your direct manager through various channels.

Success Factors

Take ownership of your assigned store(s) and build strong relationships with Walmart staff. Enjoy working independently while being an integral part of the Walmart team. Communicate effectively with store associates and management. Share best practices and leverage support from the nationwide Walmart team. Seek assistance from your manager when facing challenges in-store. Complete tasks within the designated timeframe and follow detailed instructions. Provide accurate data and documentation of your work. Report your completed tasks on the same day.

Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations.
