Job Summary:
The Senior Reimbursement Analyst would be responsible for preparing and filing the annual Medicare, CHIA, and UCCR Reports for the Hospital, including Area Wage Index/Occupational Mix, DSH, Pass-through Reimbursement. This role also involves providing Government NPSR to the Net Revenue team to ensure accurate financial statements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file Medicare, CHIA, and UCCR reports.
  • Work with the Reimbursement Team to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers.
  • Provide NPSR to the Net Revenue team.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Healthcare is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare finance analytics, including knowledge of governmental and private payer methodologies. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
