Job Summary

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You will provide exceptional lifetime care to your patients, working closely with our doctors to deliver the highest quality dental care and experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
  • Work closely with our doctors to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in our robust Hygiene mentor program to enhance your clinical skills
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
