We're seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team, playing a critical role in delivering our purpose and modeling our values. As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll be accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and colleagues.
  • Pharmacy Professional Practice: Maintain high standards of pharmacy practice and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues.
  • Personnel Management: Lead and develop your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage pharmacy inventory effectively to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of your pharmacy.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate potential losses.
  • Workflow Management: Optimize pharmacy operations to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
