Print Production Specialist

This role is integral to the printing process, collaborating with various teams including production, customer service, and clients to achieve production objectives. The position encompasses both on-site and office responsibilities.

Location: Greater Cleveland
Salary: $52,000 - $58,000, with starting compensation determined by experience and interview performance.
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to address client needs and enhance processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities by engaging with clients to explain manufacturing capabilities.
  • Assist the sales team with pricing and scheduling for prospective projects.
  • Identify necessary supplies and materials for production tasks.
  • Plan, assess, and coordinate critical elements of projects and production workflows.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Consult with clients and production teams to effectively execute plans.
  • Manage complex accounts with high visibility.
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Ensure accurate entry and verification of job instructions in manufacturing systems, integrating them into the production schedule.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in client service, administrative, or operational support within manufacturing or office settings.
  • Ability to oversee the work of junior staff members.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MAC, and Google Suite.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
