Maintenance Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Burleson/Ft Worth. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our hotel facilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in maintenance or repair work and be familiar with building equipment and hand tools. They should also have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and preventative maintenance procedures. Additionally, they should be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and bend frequently.

Responsibilities will include repairing or replacing items around the hotel, refurbishing guest rooms, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of all areas. You will also be required to maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.
