Department Overview:
The Department of Physical Therapy is actively seeking candidates for the Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) role. The department retains the discretion to select the most suitable candidate for each opening and may assign ISAs to courses that align with the department's academic program and curriculum.

Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the ISA may include, but are not limited to:
1. Assisting Physical Therapy Faculty with research initiatives.
2. Completing additional tasks as designated by the supervising faculty member.

Qualifications:
- A demonstrated commitment to collaborating effectively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
- Current enrollment in either the Doctor of Physical Therapy or Kinesiology program is preferred.

- Current unofficial transcripts from undergraduate and graduate studies.
- A list of three professional references.

Compensation:
The salary for Instructional Student Assistants begins at $17.01 per hour, with variations depending on departmental salary scales.

Assignment Process:
Assignments will be determined by the Department Chair or Program Coordinator following discussions with the selected candidate. Instructional Student Assistant roles are designated for enrolled students at Fresno State.
