Novant Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to participate in our Perfect Match Program. This innovative program allows CNAs to explore various clinical units within their geographic area, ultimately leading to direct placement in their chosen unit.
Program Details- Join Novant Health as a direct hire CNA in your preferred geographic location.
- Rotate between multiple units within your area to determine the Perfect Match for you.
- Direct placement within your chosen area to a Perfect Match unit within 4-6 weeks (or earlier if preferred).
Eligible CNAs can rotate for a week at a time through different units within their identified specialty area (Critical Care, Intermediate, Women's and Children, Adult Acute Care, or the Emergency Department).
Responsibilities- Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.
- Participate in an environment that fosters teamwork, team member engagement, and community involvement.
- Leverage diversity and inclusion in support of quality care.
- Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of 'First Do No Harm'.
- Education: High school diploma required. Completion of NAI program required.
- Experience: One year preferred.
- Licensure/certification/registration: Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. BLS Health Care Provider required. Medication Safety - AME required.
- Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
