Crumbl Cookies is seeking a skilled Head Baker to join our team. As a key member of our baking crew, you will be responsible for ensuring every cookie meets our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the mixing, balling, and dressing of cookies to maintain exceptional quality.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members to address quality issues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high expectations and leadership skills to drive a well-run business.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours in-store to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and observe crew members to ensure adherence to baking processes and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Availability of 20+ hours per week.
  • Availability to work at 6am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
