About the Job

L.S. Lee, Inc., a fourth-generation family-owned contractor, is seeking skilled Truck Drivers to join our team based out of Hampstead, MD.

As a Highway Guardrail Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with guardrail installation labor on job sites.

This role requires qualified candidates to travel and stay out of town during the work week (Monday to Friday), with company-provided lodging and meal stipend for out-of-town work.

To succeed in this position, you must hold a Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B), have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

The selected candidate must also pass a drug test and physical as a condition of employment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, based on license classification and experience, with opportunities for overtime and fringe-rated jobs.

In addition to an attractive total compensation package after 60 days of employment, we provide excellent medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending account options, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life/accidental death insurance, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan.

We prioritize employee safety and provide all required PPE, as well as various types of training. We typically work year-round, with brief layoffs for weather.
